Ashby and Mann Mitsubishi are a family run business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
We provide ongoing IT and Management support for both of Ashby and Mann’s sites and have recently assisted them with their application to become a new Volkswagen Authorised Repairer, this included:
- Completion of the manufacturer's pre audit and application
- Coordination of the installation of all systems including connectivity to Volkswagen
- Implementation of Processes and Procedures required by Volkswagen
- Design and Introduction of a new workshop quality control system
- Management and audit of all tool and equipment requirements
- Providing training on the systems provide by Volkswagen
- Revising all staff job descriptions and organisation charts
- Viability Planning
