The Kitemark® scheme for Automotive Services is a voluntary, third party scheme that ensures the standards of PAS 80 are met and maintained.

The PAS 80 specification has been developed by BSI in conjunction with respected members of the Automotive Industry.

It defines standards for customer service, ensures technical and service standards are maintained and provides a quality framework for garages, including fast-fit outlets, that service and repair automotive vehicles.
