Our Team has over 12 years of experience resolving ODIS installation and configuration issues. We can support your business with all of your ODIS needs and requirements, from simple guidance to remote technical assistance.

A quick and cost-effective solution to get your diagnostic laptops up and running. Our Team can support you with the entire process, from applying for licences in erWin, all the way through to configuring ODIS and pairing the diagnostic dongle.

VAS6154 / VAS6154A Support

If you need support configuring, or resolving issues with your diagnostic dongle, then we are here to help. We can support you with pairing your dongle in ODIS to configuring the dongle via Wi-Fi Access Point or Wi-Fi Infrastructure Mode and much more!

With our extensive knowledge and experience we can assist in the application process of a becoming a new authorised Volkswagen Group Independent Repairer along with supporting the IT products and services that are available after becoming an Independent.

erWin Support

Our experience Team can provide assistance when purchasing erWIN Flat Rates for the use of ODIS. Where required our Team can liaise with erWin Support on your behalf should any issues arise during the transaction.

GEKO & Dealer Portal Access Issues

We have worked with Volkswagen Group UK for many years and our Team have extensive knowledge which ensures issues with your GEKO or Dealer Portal access can get resolved quickly and efficiently to get you back up and running.

IT Support Desk

Our experienced team will always endeavour to resolve your incidents and service requests on first call resolution. All requests are recorded onto our ticketing system which allows us to monitor agreed Service Levels and Resolution times.

Hardware Issue Diagnosis

We offer a full diagnosis service which can pick up any issues with your hardware. For example, if your diagnostic kit is running slowly – our team will run tests on each component to find out where the problem lies.

Billed in 15 minute increments

All of our Pay As You Go remote IT Support is billed in 15 minute increments of £12.50 ex vat and incident spend can be capped. If additional time is required then we always obtain authorisation before further work is completed.
