Our Pay As You Go solution provide a range of benefits and this includes access to our team that collectively have over 45 years experience providing IT support for both Automotive Manufacturers and Retailers.
Billed in 15 minute increments
All of our Pay As You Go remote IT Support is billed in 15 minute increments and incident spend can be capped. If additional time is required then this will be authorised before further work is completed.
If you already have an internal, or external IT department then our Pay As You Go services can also be utilised for additional IT support, ad-hoc projects and implementations, all charged at a pre-agreed rate.
No call out charges
Its not always possible to resolve all IT issues remotely and sometimes an onsite visit is necessary. Our onsite charges are always agreed with you in advance and will never include a premium call out fee.
There is no requirement for you to commit to a contract however our Pay As You Go IT solutions still provide peace of mind with full access to our professional IT Team when you need help and assistance.
Only pay for the support you need
Another benefit of our Pay As You Go IT support is we do not charge a monthly retaining fee for our services and all support is provided on request meaning you only pay for the support you need.
